You have some other program using port 80. You need to shut that down.
Go to a DOS command prompt and type in "netstat -ano" Then look for port 80 (it will have ":80" after the address and will be listening. Get the PID that is listed.
Then open up your windows task manager. Go to processes. Then go to view, Select Columns. Then check off PID and click ok.
Use the PID that is on port 80 to find out which process is using that port.
